High quality Ancient Etched Carnelian Strand, with many rare and ancient beads. Most of these beads date to the Kushan Era(200 BC-300AD). Some of them may date from the Pyu Period. Most of the beads are in excellent condition, with quite intact etching. The center bead measures 18mm in diameter. It is Type 3 Etched Carnelian(as classified by Horace Beck). It does have a fair bit of surface wear. The longest tubular bead measures 18mm in length. The strand measures 24inches. It is a full strand, ready to be strung into a necklace.
